8.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- 8.3 Liability limitations do not apply to damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part
- 8.4 Claims must be brought within one year of the date when the claimant knew or should have known of the facts giving rise to the claim
- 8.5 We are not liable for third-party actions or advice beyond our control
9. Consequential Damages Exclusion
Under no circumstances shall Prime Books be liable for any business losses, including loss of contracts, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from our services or website use. This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
10. Third-Party Reliance
Our services and work products are prepared exclusively for your use and benefit. Third parties who obtain access to our work do so at their own risk. We accept no duty of care or liability to third parties who rely on our work products without our explicit written consent.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

- 12.3 Arbitration in Cyprus under applicable arbitration rules if mediation is unsuccessful
- 12.4 Litigation as a last resort, following exhaustion of alternative dispute resolution options
13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term. To be effective, any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Prime Books.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any specific service agreement you have with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prime Books regarding use of our website and services. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
16. Force Majeure Provisions

17. Age Restrictions and Requirements

18. Assignment and Transfer

Notices are deemed received when delivered personally, three business days after mailing if sent by registered mail, or 24 hours after sending if transmitted by email with confirmation of receipt.
